Optical Transport for L-BAND signals Between 900 and 2100MHz
L-band Fibre optic Transmitter converts electrical RF L-band signal 900Mhz to 2100 MHz to optical modulated signal. L-band Fibre optic receiver converts optical signal to RF electrical. Equipment sends optical L-band signal from satellite antenna to the receiver for a long distance up to 120Km. CL-Lband Transmitter could power LNB over RF “F” connector so the external LNB power source could be eliminated .
By using CWDM technology it allows to send up to 8 separate L-Bands signals over single fiber
For multiple dwelling units (MDUs) environment, fiber optic technology promises more reliable wide band features as well as very low signal attenuation (< 0.4dB/km) through a long distant transmission or a wide area signal. Distribution constantly enhances the performance of a multi-user direct broadcast satellite (DBS) L-Band transmission.
